  • Initial Intake session is 1.5hr

  • 50min therapy sessions following Initial Intake session

  • Online Zoom sessions available

  • Healthcare Spending Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) accepted. Check with your Employer for more details.

PPO Plans

  • Flexibility to choose an out-of-network provider

  • Super bill provided to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Reimbursement rates may vary depending on insurance company.

 

Self-pay: Why consider this option? It's simple. 

Self-pay (also called private pay) can be a more simple, efficient, and personalized way to receive therapy services.

You get what you need, often at a lower energetic cost to you fundamentally.

Insurances require a diagnosis and access to your records with certain regulations that may not consider your individual and personal needs. Self-pay removes the focus from a medically coded service to allow for greater flexibility in incorporating various care approaches at your request and for your highest benefit.
